Abstract:
The dataset compiles nitrogen fixation rates and primary production estimated using 15N2 gas and 13CO3 technique, respectively during the summer monsoon (12 July−2 August 2018) in the Bay of Bengal (northeastern Indian Ocean). The columns include Latitude, Longitude, Date/Time, Temperature, Salinity, σt (density), NO3 + NO2, PO4, SiO4, Average C uptake rates (primary production), and Average N2 fixation rates.
